We collaborate with O2 Active's team of experienced, qualified and Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Fitness and Wellness trainers to
design and implement an effective program to prepare for the rigours of your travel itinerary.
We also offer one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes and a range of clinical exercise, rehabilitation and specialty classes. O2 Active's range of group fitness classes includes pilates, yoga, barre, boxing, bootcamp, HIIT and run club.
